Winter Weather Policy :
If the salon is forced to close I will contact clients booked in to reschedule your appointments, if you are unable to attend but we are open you are welcome to cancel your appointment and rebook when convenient however booking fees are not transferable and a new fee will be required to secure your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
Booking & Cancellation policy:
All bookings require to be booked online using our App or in the salon while visiting us, all appointments require a non refundable booking fee at time of booking even in the salon. Any bookings over the phone will require your email address & phone number so we can send you a payment request this will need to be paid within 12 hours to secure your appointment. If we don't receive this your appointments will be cancelled and will be available for someone else to book in.
If you need to cancel please give 48 hours notice, to avoid any outstanding costs being occurred. A new booking fee will be required for bookings that are rescheduled or missed. Any last minute cancellations will require your next appointment to be paid in full which will be non refundable if you cancel / reschedule again. To cancel or rearrange your appointment please contact me via email at michellestemp@icloud.com or call 07704012617 and leave a voicemail as we do not pick up calls during treatments.
Appointments may be moved once with your booking fee if 72 hours notice period is given, however, special offers & discounts will not be carried forward & appointments will increase in price if not in the same promotional period.
We have the right to adjust your booking time by 15 minutes either side to allow our diary to run smoothly for other clients to book in, any changes will be sent via email.
New : Gift Vouchers are valid for three months and to be used within the time frame. To book using a gift voucher the same booking system applies all bookings require a non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment the reminder of the voucher can be used on your next treatment in the three month window after the expiration date it's null and void.
Gift Vouchers are non transferable.
