what is Gua sha?

"Gua" means 'scrape' and "Sha" means 'sand'

Your body is exfoliated with our salt and seaweed scrub removed with warm mitts than a thermal mud mask is applied to the area, followed by a relaxing body serum. 

 Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement, and inflammation. Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.
